Where I worked in one of the largest projects of my career, the new Max platform. The scale of the work was monumental, over 5,000 engineers worldwide; three different cloud provider regions running over 400 microservices and over 200 databases across each region; more than 40,000 pods; build and deployment CI/CD pipelines supporting over 800 engineering source code repos; and 400 deployments at a given time. A platform built to serve Warner Bros. Discovery 76.8 million of users.

Worked in the platform team, helping to build a common distributed global infrastructure. With the goal to enable development teams to build and maintain high-quality services in a smooth and efficient manner. Empowering autonomous teams that use the standardized tools and best practices while at the same time help lead the way forward. Making sure our platform scales and defining strategies for ensuring our services are always available.

Worked as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer on an assignment for Swedbank, the Nordic-Baltic banking group based in Stockholm. The project consists of improving data accessibility and quality by ensuring best practices are being applied for the whole data lake management.

My first task there was to migrate my team's projects to a modern CI / CD platform, which was successfully accomplished and recognized by all team members and even managers from other teams, making me responsible for migrating all projects of the entire company for this new platform. This big migration is ongoing and will be finished this quarter. Aside from this CI/CD work I also built a new data lake solution for them by coding and managing a SQL interface to their multi-petabyte storage archive, bringing their way to access data to another level.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, I designed/deployed solutions such as smart dashboards and tailor-made alerts to monitor our microservices; log stacks that receive, analyze and store more than 1k messages per second; smooth and effective CI / CD pipelines for at least 80 projects; a multi-cloud environment, orchestrated with infrastructure as a code; As an inexperienced Data Engineer, I’m working on things like provide easy access to various resources like large data sets and on-demand GPU powered machines; help reduce model results evaluation time to a couple of minutes instead of a dozen; easy ways to monitor the results of currently deployed models;

• Experience with local and international client management in more than 30 projects in two years, using our self designed financial and contractual environment. • Strong experience designing and implementing continuous integration and delivery environments for external and internal projects using different tools like Jenkins, GitLab, TravisCI and CircleCI. • Set up and maintain some cloud services like email, centralized login, file sharing, ERP, CRM for a small company using automation tools.

• I performed several trainings with the local team to review concepts and tools such as Docker, Ansible, Git, Integration and Continuous Delivery of software, and Infrastructure as a Code. • Improved log server solution with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana, simplifying incident analysis and monitoring network traffic. • Design and implementation of container environment for critical services like OpenLDAP, email stack, and several others, decreasing the time to launch a new server or service. • I helped decrease the response time for calls in the helpdesk with the use of task automation tools like Ansible and Puppet.
